MATTHEW UDELL
PRINCIPAL & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Matthew is the Principal and Managing Director at Pinnacle Investments. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's investment activities. Matthew has over 20 years experience owning and operating commercial real estate. The asset that he operates range from: multi-family, industrial business parks, office buildings, manufactured home communities and self-storage facilities. Matthew is responsible for day-to-day operations of the fund; this includes acquisitions, dispositions, raising capital and asset management.
Matthew received his degree from the University of Arizona.
JOHN "RUBEN" DURAN
ACQUISITIONS DIRECTOR
John is the Acquisitions Director at Pinnacle Investments, he is responsible for the evaluation of potential acquisition targets with five years experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Pinnacle Investments, John was an agent at 21st Century Insurance.
John attended the Business Program at Cal State LA and he is currently enrolled in the UCLA commercial finance credit curriculum.
Lisa Villareal
PROJECT MANAGER
Lisa has a combined background in property management (multifamily and retail) spanning 10+years (from on-site manager to portfolio manager), commercial real estate and general management.
Lisa provides administrative support in the day-to-day operations for onsite managers at our properties. She assists the management by providing a strategic resource and informational point of contact. Lisa oversees the administrative procedures for the company and is bilingual which is an asset for our team.
Brianna Simpson
ACQUISITION DIRECTOR
Currently, Brianna has found her niche in manufactured housing and self-storage acquisition. With a keen eye for investment opportunities and a deep understanding of market trends, she navigates the complexities of these sectors with finesse. Her strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail have allowed her to thrive in a competitive landscape.
Brianna is a dynamic individual whose life revolves around her two great loves: her family and the world of real estate. As a devoted mother, she pours her heart and soul into raising her children. She has a love for MMA and Fitness.
JOE BRYAN
ASSOCIATE
Joe is an associate at Pinnacle Investments, where he is responsible of property management and data analytics, he is an expert in all types of commercial real estate property management and recently completed courses in mobile home park and self-storage management. Joe received a B.S. in Computer Science from the A.I. of Silicon Valley.

KRISTINE ALEXANDER
ASSOCIATE
Kristine is responsible for communication with potential acquisitions. She conducts research to help identify investment opportunities. She works closely with our acquisitions team to help ensure all necessary information is provided to make key investments.
Kristen has over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and she is a proud mother of two beautiful children. .
KHANDAKER AHMED
ACCOUNTANT
Ahmed has a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He specializes in business tax, customer finance, outsourcing, payroll, personal finance. He is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and account reconciliation for Pinnacle Investments real estate portfolio.
He is a proud father of two beautiful children and volunteers with the Los Angeles school district. He also tutors in math and basic accounting.
